[Dxspider-support] Where does post time originate?

[Bob - KL5E]

One user of my node asked why his spots appear to be 10 minutes later than
other that are listed.

 

My Cluster PC clock was 8 minutes fast (not slow).

 

So which computer clock is used when a post is being made on my cluster?

 

I'm running DX Spider v1.55
