With the free exchange of goods in the EU it is possible that a German
ISP starts a service in The Netherlands, which can result in all
subscribers to that service being blocked from the cluster because due
to some logic it looks like they are entering from the wrong country.
I am not so happy to block people just on mismatch between call and
origin of IP address.
I do a lot of travelling and do very ofter login to the cluster from my
hotel room, which means everytime another ip address. If there is a
pattern in producing wrong spots it is ok to block something, but we
should look out for the people connecting from roaming services.
