[Dxspider-support] Add IP address tp PC16

In stead of reprogramming, consider this idea.  It does not cover all 
bases but its close.

Would it not be easier for everyone to implement the "registration 
required" mode?  When a station asks to register, the sysop should 
verify the authenticity of the request by sending an email to that which 
is listed on QRZ.  If a station is not listed on QRZ, well they should 
be.  If the email is verified and the request is authenticated, the 
station is registered for use on the node.
