[Dxspider-support] Add IP address tp PC16

Hi Henk

I connected to your cluster PA5KT-15 and received the last 100 spots.  I
have no filtering set.  I then connected to my cluster and did a
sh/dx/100.  I found that your cluster is already missing 20% of the
available spots, even though I am blocking some of mine due to
mismatches.
