[Dxspider-support] Add IP address tp PC16

Hi,

I agree.

Automatically deleting spots based on IP address location is _bad_.

I have a couple of users appearing to come from other countries than 
their own. I myself is logged in on my local network (44.), the IP 
address would be appearing to reside in the USA. This applies to other 
connecting to their clusters on their private network.

The idea of attaching the IP address some where in the protocol so it is 
available for analysis is _good_!
