[Dxspider-support] Add IP address tp PC16

I can already see the IP addresses of my local users in dxspider using the
'who' command.  I can get the IP addresses of remote users by using RCMD for
the 'who' command.  How would adding the IP addresses to a PC16 improve the
system?
