[Dxspider-support] Ubuntu 9.04 - console.pl

Hi Dirk,
I also had "localhost" in DXVars.pm and libio-socket-inet6-perl 
installed. I have now changed it to "127.0.0.1" and re-enabled IPv6 and 
all is still working.
