[Dxspider-support] ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides db_file

Sadly, I fear you will be unsuccessful. I have never seen a working 
Curses module on Windows. The alternative is to telnet localhost 7300 
(preferably using putty or puttytel) or to use one of the Windows DX 
Cluster UIs.

But do let me know if you find one.
