[Dxspider-support] DX-Spider on Centos

Thank you all for the suggestions. The problem has been solved, Although
EPEL was already loaded in my Centos distribution, Curses and gcc modules
were not. I have installed both manually and everything worked out right.
Now we can share both spider and D-Star gateway on the same machine. Quite
convenient to save some energy.
