[Dxspider-support] ROS MODE spots

Hi Ian!

Thank you very much for your reply!
As I see, tens of different callsigns spot this garbage via my node. I think
they do that automatically from ROS software.

I have added word ROS to my badwords file, let's see if it will help us.
