[Dxspider-support] Node Partners for SWL cluster?

Hi Dirk,
Brendan said before..

As swl we have problems with callsigns. We don't have a standard. (ex. I3-2782/VE, EA000SWL, IE3-000SWL, I0-0019, and so on..)

My wish is to remove the login check of the callsign and the capability to spot also broadcast and utility stations. For this reason I don't wont the spots to be forwarded to other nodes.

Legal reasons... swl spots are considerated like fake or pirate spots from some sysop. I've got this problem years ago..
