Please change in:  wpxloc.raw
the 4u1itu line:
4U1I I.T.U.-Geneva-4U/I  <-----         283 28 14  -1.00 46 12  0 N   6 12  0 E @
to
4U1I I.T.U.-Geneva-4U1I  <-----         283 28 14  -1.00 46 12  0 N   6 12  0 E @

I did a spider/perl/create_prefix.pl after the correction
and the output of

show/prefix 4u1itu
is now:
4U1ITU DXCC: 283 ITU: 28 CQ: 14 LL: 46 12 N 6 12 E (4U1ITU, I.T.U.-Geneva-4U1I) <---
instead of
4U1ITU DXCC: 283 ITU: 28 CQ: 14 LL: 46 12 N 6 12 E (4U1ITU, I.T.U.-Geneva-4U/I) <---
before.

Spot filter work Ok with 4U1I however not with 4U/I as suggested by the present wpxloc.raw.
