[Dxspider-support] VK 4 digit suffixes

Hi Dirk et al,
Good news on the Dutch :)  I have never really been able to get my head
round the language!

Originally, I had asked for the 4 letter suffix calls to be supported which
you did immediately.  The next day you reversed the code after thinking some
more I guess :)

I am currently running 1.55 build 0.52
