[Dxspider-support] ROS spots and EA4RCH-5 cluster

[Javi - EC4DX]

Finally we solved the problem with the ROS developer and we stoped the spots 
via EA4RCH-5.

Probably we will need some days or weeks for users upgrade to the latest 
version.
