I am seeing this as an example on my end:

20Oct2010 at 05:39:03 N4BAA -> ALL ANN/FULL N3US UP UP UP UP UP UP UP
20Oct2010 at 11:14:32 N4BAA -> ALL ANN/FULL N3US UP UP UP UP UP UP UP
20Oct2010 at 18:54:26 N4BAA -> ALL ANN/FULL N3US UP UP UP UP UP UP UP

Notice that there are hours between the messages repeating. This tells
me someone is storing and retransmitting them.

Any ideas?
