Yes but the SWL spotter makes a spot, now how are other users of the swl
cluster going to filter on this if NOT based on 'callsign'
or even for things like
sh/dx by g
lots of thing get broken if we move away from 'DXCC' based callsigns
I have no issues with SWL's making them up for the purposes of
connecting to a SWL cluster but they should represent the dxcc country
of the listener
