[Dxspider-support] CTY-2115 Country Files - 04 November 2011

Hello Jim

I have the latest version of WPXLOC.RAW and spider V1.55 build 0.94
I have removed the line

VERSION 22-Jul-2011             358  0  0 0.00  0  0  0 N   0  0  0 E

I have done a create_prefix.pl
My sysop name is PA4JJ
I log into the cluster using my sysop name
When I want to do load/prefix it is telling me that it is not allowed.

Now when I do sh/h version it sais
Version Lord-Howe-Is-VK9/L:31 degs - dist: - 10807 mi, 17394 km 
Reciprocal heading: 338 degs
