[Dxspider-support] Slogan 1.5 released + WINDOWS binary

Hi,

version 1.5 of Slogan, the Spider Log Analyzer released. Changes:

- small cosmetics on status display
- updated Country database

Now is a WINDOWS binary provided. No need to install Python, just run 
slogan.exe which is a portable application, no installation. Tested on 
XP. Please report both failures and successful use including WINDOWS 
version.
