[Dxspider-support] Spider autostart on Ubuntu 11.04

Hello all,
I'm trying to install Spider on a fresh new Ubuntu 11.04 server. The 
installation goes well, but now I'm not able to start spider automatically.

I've followed all the infos reported on the wiki pages, but without success...

Please, could someone give me some help ?!?
