[Dxspider-support] 64 Bit OS

I have DXspider running on a dual Xeon 64 bit running 64 bit windows server longhorn and just used the standard windows install, I think I did have to use a version of perl that was compatible with the version of server, If you need specifics let me know and I’ll get you exact version numbers.
