[Dxspider-support] Problem create_sysop.pl

Hi Guys,
I installed ActivePerl 5.16 and  Ham-Packet-DXSpider package ppm file.
When I try to compiling create_sysop.pl I have many error:

C:\spider\perl>perl create_sysop.pl
Can't locate DB_File.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /spider/local /spider/perl

Compilation failed in require at create_sysop.pl line 23.

Where is a problem?
