[Dxspider-support] Dupe time threshold changing (isolated node)

Is it possible to change the time limit used for dupe checking?
This is for an isolated node that will never be connected to the Cluster.

I tried removing write permissions from the dupefile but that didn't 
have any effect.
The spots will be entering the system via files written to the 
cmd_import directory.
