It is very important to update WPXLOC.RAW with this release.  It
corrects a couple of systematic problems.  Please download the file
from here:

    http://www.country-files.com/cty/wpxloc.raw

These are the update instructions (the WPXLOC web page needs updating):

1.  Save wpxloc.raw to your spider/data directory
2.  Run spider/perl/create_prefix.pl
3.  Log into the node as administrator and type "load/prefix"

Dirk has done a good job in the past of updating these files in the
DXSpider repositories in the past.

Normally this file won't change very much, because it only contains
prefix mappings, not full callsigns.
