[Dxspider-support] CTY-2409 Country Files - 30 August 2014

Both the latest CTY changes as well as this one have now been made to
the repository.
Please take this opportunity to update your version of DXSpider using
one of the three update methods (see http://www.dxcluster.org/download
for instructions).
Remember that if you use the git method, and you have been updating
either CTY.DAT or wpxloc.raw by hand (independently of using the
standard git method), then you will need to do a:
git reset --hard
before doing the
git pull
