[Dxspider-support] How to follow log info?

 I had another ham drop me an email, and ask me if the following came from
my system, and if so who made the post.  

CC11^50110.0^K5RK^08-Dec-2014^2356^+40DB^P29FG^23^WB3FFV-2^HG8PRC^7^4^51^28^
TX^^K^P2^EL29^^^^29.5/95^^

I am not exactly sure how to decode all of the various info in the above
line, so I don't honestly know if it originated here, but I am guessing it
most likely was just a spot that passed through my node.   If anyone can
fill me in on how you decipher the above, if you need to track something
down, it would sure be helpful..
