[Dxspider-support] Help With User Filters

Hi,

I have a user who only wants to see spots that original from  North
America.  I tried using the reject filter of

rej/spots by_itu 12-74  as well as

acc/spots by 226,197

but the undesirable spots still get passed along.  Is there someone that
can help me with this as I generally do not use filters so I am not well
versed in their use.  Thanks!
