[Dxspider-support] No sysop abilities from telnet session

Yes sir, Bill.  I've done that.  Checked $myalias (and it's my call in
caps).  I ran /spider/perl/update_sysop.pl and ../src/make

Yep... sure have.

Odd thing is...

No problem when I telnet to the localhost.  The problem exists when I
telnet from outside the server.
