[Dxspider-support] No sysop abilities from telnet session

Nevermind. I found it.

While connected via "telnet localhost 8000"... you set the password there:

set/password <sysop call> <password>

I was only doing "set/password <sysop call>" and expecting to get prompted
for the password.

I think all is good with the world now. (But I DO want to get off my
hosting service and get moved into Google's cloud. That's in-progress.)
