Hi Kelly

I'am using Strato VPS with Debian linux But windhoze serveris also there 
(https://www.strato.com/en_us/server/linux-vps)

I got for 16 euro (!) 400Gb SSD, 8 Gb memory and full root access
Run here webserver Apache (www.pi4cc.nl), spider, email server and Owncloud
