Do you have the package Perl-IO-Compress, perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib and 
possibly even perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2 installed?

File is at ftp://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz
Run '/spider/perl/create_usdb.pl ./usdbraw.gz'
