[Dxspider-support] QRZ lookups via DX Spider

Thanks, Mike.  I finally got there.  The distribution I'm using (as
provided by Google) didn't have a number of prerequisite items there and it
got kinda frustrating.

FWIW - my old server is back online.  But probably Monday night, I'm going
to swap the DNS over to the new one on Google Cloud.
