Eddie,

Ok I am happy I wont cause loops – so my DX Cluster callsign is VK5GR-2. Let me know once you have me defined as a cluster and I will setup the link.

 HI Grant,

You can use my node if you like let me know your DxCluster call, what port it is on and how to connect to it.

My details are as follows

Cluster call is ZL2AQY-10

olson.net.nz port 9000

You will have to tell your node that ZL2AQY-10 is a Node.

When I have your Call for your DxCluster I will enter you as a node and you will have a link you can connect to.

Hello everyone,

I am re-establishing a packet radio node in Adelaide (SA) after many years of hiatus (with the exception of APRS). One of the functions I want to provide is a DX Cluster.

I have just completed installing DxSpider and it looks like everything is working – but now I need to figure out how to connect it to another DxSpider node. It looks like I need to be pre-authorised to connect a node if I have read and understood everything correctly? Any help in getting a feed would be appreciated as there doesn’t appear to be much information around on how to apply for one from the cluster network.

Regards,

Grant VK5GR
