[Dxspider-support] emergency rebuild for va3mw-7

I'll try to keep my questions minimal on this rebuild

I am loading Centos 7.

Do I still require these packages to be downloaded and compiled?

Ncurses is installed.  I guess the remaining question is TimeDate.

Perl is 5 V16.
