[Dxspider-support] RBN

Great ideas Dirk. Can you explain a bit on how the connection could look
like?
If I want to connect my node to RBN, or my own local skimmerserver, should
I connect to one of the RBN bulk servers and/or my local RBN aggregator?

Some kind of user filter for duplicates would be good. (Maybe already
configurable in the current dxspider?)
