[Dxspider-support] Structure needs cleaning...

I'm getting an error on startup:
cannot open /spider/data/dupefile Structure needs cleaning at
/spider/perl/DXDupe.pm line 26.

So, I tried to remove the dupefile like a previous message said and I get:
rm: cannot remove 'dupefile': Structure needs cleaning

How do I fix this?
