[Dxspider-support] AR-C partner link

Hello all,
I've tried to startup a partner link with an AR_Cluster node and after 
the node connects, the Ave RTT time for that node remains to 999.

Ofcourse, I've defined the partner as AR-C type node (set/arc)... What 
is wrong ? Any helps will be very appreciated.
