[Dxspider-support] Debug file needed

This is the spot:

S55OO	144 300,0		I8MPO		TU 73	20:59	26/05/18

I wanted to see from which IP the spot came and then do 

sh/log this_IP

to see who else uses this IP to find out the real spotter.

I am often asked by CQWW committee to provide such info. But this user is a year too late :)
