There is no evidence of this spot in 
/spider/local_data/spots/2018/146.dat at GB7DJK. I8MPO does not appear 
in any spot file in 2018 nor in the log. Also the last spot involving 
S55OO was at 18:10Z. But your spot file may have more spot in there and 
some of them may have an IP address attached...
