[Dxspider-support] [RBN-OPS] Fw: F8DGY abusing DXcluster ?

What this person appears to be doing - which is particularly annoying -
is gating (possibly raw) RBN spots onto the normal cluster network. The
RBN network is separate for a reason, If you want RBN spots they are
freely available but there an agreement (of sorts) that the two networks
shall not redistribute each other's spots. AR-C version 6 software
apparently allows local users to opt into the RBN as well, but it
doesn't distribute them. I have said that I will add a similar system to
DXSpider but I am finding it slightly challenging at the moment,,,

It seems that those spots are automatically generated because I just saw my own callsign right after I called CQ, just a few seconds later. That means this "bad guy" is using an SDR to monitor the band and he spots all stations appearing on the RBN network.
