[Dxspider-support] Bad Spider nodes

As late as yesterday I received malicious modified skimmer spots originated by our French friend.
These node sysops have not done even a minimum of work to prevent problems for all of us.
Any further malicious spots forwarded by these nodes and these nodes will be blocked by me.
