[Dxspider-support] /LH suffix in callsign resolved as NORWAY

There are also issues with xxx/1 yyy/2 callsigns. A lot of Japanese 
stations identify with '/n' which I presume indicates the zone that they 
happen to be in. But then why would a callsign like jg1xxx sign as 
jg1xxx/1 on cw?
