I'm working on a new connection with Howard wb3ffv-2

Checking the logs, I got this

^WB3FFV-2 on 38.103.8.24 is locked out, disconnected

Does this mean that wb3ffv has to do an

unset/lockout va3mw

To resolve this?  Or is it that my node is actually va3mw-7 and I told him
to use va3mw?
