[Dxspider-support] DB Stopped updating

I retype our DBI connect data when I posted them publicly, sorry guys for this one. 
We are using MariaDB default listening port. I can reboot our Linux box again if you advise which command shows me more on this issue? As I said connecting manually to database worked fine after system reboot only DXSpider not populating database any more.
