[Dxspider-support] Is 'dx by <callsign>' now past its "use by" date?

It does appear to have a legal use when a station is logged in with a SSID and wants to spot using a logging program without it. I have come across a couple of occasions where this has been done. That said, it didn’t appear to work for a ’normal’ user.
