[Dxspider-support] Curses.pm error - Windows 10

Look for the ncurses package (search for 'libncurses' on Debian/Ubuntu 
(etc) distros. On Ubuntu there is a package called 'libcurses-perl' 
which, likely, will install all the dependencies.
