[Dxspider-support] a little help needed

I have this line in local_cmd/crontab as the first line

0 * * * * run_cmd('announce full CLUSTERPA4JJ-2: New IP address. Now 
telnet//pa4jj-2 77.174.195.163:7300 ' . cldate . ' ' . ztime)

But I cannot see it in my announce window and telnet window when or if 
this is executed.

Did I miss something?
