[Dxspider-support] Node update. Help

It *might* be better to do it using a perl script because one can poke
around in its internals to determine what is missing, but that probably
means me doing it and I am a bit busy firefighting idiots.

In either case, most nodes are probably using Debian based systems (so
one can load .deb packages), but there are a number of Redhat systems of
a wider variety of ages, and many of those will not have the packages
(.rpm and IIRC .dng) for some of the modern things (or even a new enough
perl - Centos 7 comes to mind here). One may need to cater for them
nonetheless, which will magnify the problem very quickly.  This has a
lot to do with why I have not tackled it.

There are also a number of ARC nodes that are difficult (or impossible)
to determine without going around every node that connects to them,
which will also not work very well. Also many (most?) only talk to other
ARC nodes, so the number of DXSpider connections to the ARC part of the
cluster are very small (maybe only Dave K1TTT and via some CC-Cluster
links).  There are probably about 40-50 active ARC nodes. Unfortunately,
they are also being used for sending rubbish spots.

There are several popular web nodes out there that have heavily modified
the code and are also popular with the ungodly. They will be a very
tough set of nuts to crack.

Given ssh access with sudo privileges, I will happily upgrade anyone
from master to mojo that wants me to do it.
