[Dxspider-support] IW2NOY-2

We're being overrun with PC92 from IW2NOY-2 node. This seems to be
network-wide, as all my partner nodes (WR3D, WB3FFV-2,K4UJ and N2KI) are
forwarding the same.

Someone please disconnect this node while the problem is resolved.
