[Dxspider-support] dxqsl?

Hi Dirk.

Thanks for the pointer.

Guess I missed some step in the Appendix.

After running create_dxqsl.pl it went through all my spots back to 2002, and I now have a 
much larger dxqsl.v1j file, and the sh/dxqsl now works again.

Took some time to go through all the spots back to 2002. Guess that is when I switched from 
CLX to DX-Spider :-)
