[Dxspider-support] spots with IPv6 addresses are ignored

Hey Dirk et all,

When users submit a dx spot in the web interface of DXHeat.com, I create a
file in /spider/cmd_import with the spot details on my local node
(DH1TW-2). This used to work flawlessly for several years. When we were
recently facing the massive spam waves, Kin, EA3CV suggested to also share
the IP address of the spotter. Submitting spots in the format:
"DX <spotterCall> IP <ipAddress> <frequency> <dxcall> <comment>"
This works fine as long as the IP address is an ipv4 Address. However,
the spot gets silently dropped if the IP address is an IPv6 address.

Since I'm observing an increasing use of IPv6, I wanted to ask if dxspider
could also support the propagation of ipv6 addresses?

Thanks & 73,
Tobias, DH1TW
